Immediately after placing your order, go to the food status window on your homepage for details about your order.
Tap on the three vertical dots in the right corner of your screen.
Select "Help" from the dropdown menu. You will be directed to a chat with a Swiggy bot, which can help you cancel your order, or answer other questions you might have.

Go to Help and Support, and select I want to cancel my order.
Initiate a chat, enter a reason, and click on submit.
Tap on Yes, I want to cancel. Swiggy will process your request and send you a confirmation.
