Tired of random posts? Use this Facebook feed trick
What's the story
Let's admit it, the sheer volume of stuff on Facebook can be a bit much at times.
Thankfully, the Friend List Feed feature lets you cut through the noise by seeing posts from specific groups of friends.
This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to access this feature on your Android device, so you can stay connected with the posts you care about most.
Profile and feeds
Accessing your custom feeds
After launching the Facebook app and signing in to your account, click on your profile picture at the top right corner to access your profile page.
Here, click again on your profile picture and choose "Feeds" from the menu.
This area contains different feed options, including "Favorites," which is key for personalizing which friends' posts you see.
Favorites setup
Customizing your friend list feed
In the "Favorites" section of Feeds, you can now choose which friends or groups you want to see.
For new users, go to your profile, tap the three dots below your picture, and then "Edit Profile."
Here, you can add friends or groups to your favorites. You will only see posts from your favorites in this feed. It will help you see what you want to see!
Feed switching
Navigating between feeds effortlessly
The option to toggle between separate feeds for Friends, Groups, and Pages offers a more personalized browsing experience.
By simply clicking on the desired category within the Feeds menu, you can seamlessly switch between viewing content from different sources without overcrowding your main feed.
This way, you can ensure that you never miss out on important updates from your close friends or favorite groups.
