What's the story
Keeping a handle on comments on your Facebook posts is key to fostering a positive and respectful space.
Whether you're tackling spam, dealing with inappropriate comments, or just want to curate the feedback you receive, Facebook's comment moderation tools have you covered.
Our guide will show you how to master these features on Android, so your comment sections always match your high standards.

Tailoring your moderation approach
Facebook provides two primary ways to moderate comments.
To see comments in the order they were posted, you can disable comment ranking. Go to "Settings and Privacy," then "Followers and Public Content," and turn off "Comment Ranking."
For more automated control, use "Moderation Assist" located under "Professional Dashboard" in "Page Settings." You can automatically hide comments from new accounts or those containing specific keywords.
Manual control
Hands-on comment management
To manage specific comments, go to your post.
Click the comments tab and then click All Comments from the dropdown under the share button.
This will show all comments without any filters and then you can take action on individual comments.
This method, although manual, works alongside those wider settings, and helps you to ensure your comment section maintains your standard and engagement.
