    What's the story

    As its first Android Oreo (Go edition) smartphone, Spice Devices has launched F311 in India.

    Priced at Rs. 5,599, the Spice F311 smartphone comes with entry-level specs, a 'Full-view' display, a dedicated social share key for quick access to your favorite social media apps, and a multi-function rear fingerprint sensor.

    The handset also comes with a 1-year replacement warranty.

    Spice F311: At a glance

    The Spice F311 features a 5.45-inch (480x960 pixels) 'Full View' IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.

    The phone is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, paired with Mali-T720 MP1 GPU, 1GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card).

    It runs Android Oreo 8.1 (Go edition), supports dual-SIM (Nano) cards in hybrid configuration and packs 2,400mAh battery.

    Camera specs, connectivity options and onboard sensors

    Both on the rear and front, the Spice F311 gets a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash.

    In terms of connectivity options, you get 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

    Sensors onboard the phone include ambient light, gravity, and proximity sensors.

    Notably, its rear-mounted fingerprint sensor can also be customized to click photos, answer/record calls, and access select applications.
