Sony India launches BRAVIA 2 series 4K HDR LED TVs
Sony has launched its latest BRAVIA 2 series of smart televisions in India, featuring cutting-edge 4K Ultra HD LED display technology. The new series is integrated with Google TV and comes in two versions: the S25 variant, designed with a focus on gaming capabilities, and the S20 variant, which suits the larger general audience. The BRAVIA 2 series is available in sizes ranging from 108cm (43-inch) to 164cm (65-inch).
Advanced image quality and sound in Sony's new TVs
The BRAVIA 2 series is equipped with the X1 Picture Processor that uses advanced algorithms to enhance image quality. This processor delivers clearer 4K resolution and vivid colors with Live Color technology. The series also features upscaling of lower resolutions and smooth motion using its 4K X-Reality PRO and Motionflow XR technology. For an immersive audio experience, the TVs come with down-firing twin speakers delivering a 20W sound, further enhanced by Dolby Audio.
Sony's new TVs offer enhanced gaming and content access
The S25 variant of the BRAVIA 2 series is optimized for gaming with Auto Low Latency Mode and Auto HDR Tone Mapping specifically for PlayStation 5 consoles. The new TVs also offer Google TV access to over 10,000 apps and more than 700,000 movies, along with Apple Home Kit and AirPlay support for seamless content management. Additionally, the series includes a voice-enabled remote control that simplifies navigation by allowing users to search for content and control the TV using Google Assistant.

The BRAVIA 2 series boasts X-Protection PRO technology that provides protection against dust, humidity, lightning strikes, and power surges. The TVs are designed with a minimalist aesthetic that maximizes screen space and offers a slimline stand or wall-mount option. They come with a user-friendly remote featuring six hot keys for quick access to popular streaming services. Prices start at ₹95,990 for the 65-inch model and ₹74,990 for the 55-inch model. Prices for 50-inch and 43-inch models will be revealed later.
