Samsung will unveil its first Android XR headset, Project Moohan, at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC)—the event will be held from March 3-6 in Barcelona.
The announcement has been made by Samsung in a preview of the MWC event.
The tech giant had announced Project Moohan in December, alongside Android XR and gave another glimpse during the Galaxy S25 launch in January.

A hands-on session to developers suggested this version was pretty similar to the final hardware slated for consumer release in 2025.

The Project Moohan headset is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 processor. It comes with an external battery that can be swapped with larger packs through USB-C.
Some partners have already received units for app development, while more developers got theirs in December.
Samsung also allowed attendees of Unpacked 2025 to take pictures of the headset, hinting at its design and functionality.
