Samsung releases exclusive Fortnite Glow outfit for several Galaxy devices
Samsung has partnered with Epic Games to release an exclusive Fortnite Glow outfit and Levitate emote for several Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The new Fortnite goodies are now available for download (via the gaming app) for all qualifying devices ranging from the latest Note 10 series to even the three-year-old Galaxy S7. Here's all about it.
These devices have received the Fortnite goodies
The Fortnite Glow outfit and Levitate emote are available for all the models of the Note 10-series, Galaxy S10-series, as well as the Galaxy A70, A80, and A90. These goodies will also be available for all the Galaxy S9, S8, S7, Note 9, Note 8, and Galaxy A9 smartphones. Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3, S4, and S6 models will also get the new gaming skins.
Redeeming your Fortnite freebies? Here's some things you should consider
To note, Samsung is offering only one Fortnite Glow outfit per device and the eligible devices must run on the latest software. Moreover, the Fortnite game should also be updated to the latest version and it should be available within the Galaxy Store.
How to redeem your Fortnite Glow outfit and Levitate emote?
Now, here's how you can go about it: Sign in to your Epic Games account and set your store to Samsung by going to Settings > Account > Content > Android Store Selection. Now, visit the Fortnite Store and tap on the Fortnite Glow outfit under the Limited Time Offers section. Finally, a notice will pop up asking you to register a credit card.
Your credit card will not be charged
You will have to register a credit card before you can redeem the freebies. However, your card will not be charged. Once completed, tap the Fortnite Glow icon to redeem the outfit and emote for yourself or gift it to a friend. Notably, the offer will end by December 31, 2019. Lastly, the new outfit and emote will be available in your game locker.
