Samsung Galaxy S9+ Sunrise Gold Edition launched in India
As the latest addition to its line-up of Samsung Galaxy S9+ models in India, Samsung has introduced a new Sunrise Gold Edition. This new variant comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage and is a limited edition offering, according to the company. The phone is now available for pre-booking on Flipkart and Samsung Shop. Samsung is also offering a free one-time screen replacement offer. Moreover, there is a Rs. 9,000 cashback offer for customers who purchase via Paytm Mall or make payment using ICICI Bank credit cards.
Samsung Galaxy S9+: At a glance
The Galaxy S9+ features 6.2-inch Super AMOLED edge-to-edge Infinity Display with 2K resolution. It is powered by the 1.7GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 9810 processor, runs Android 8.0 Oreo and packs a 3,500 mAh battery. The phone sports a dual rear camera setup comprising a 12MP +12MP with a dual variable aperture of f/1.7 and f/2.4 and houses an 8MP front camera.
Samsung Galaxy S9+ offers 960fps slow-mo recording, AR Emoji
The other headline features of S9+ are the super slow-mo camera that's capable of recording 960 frames per second, AR Emoji that allows users to project their facial expressions onto emojis, and the Intelligent Scan feature that combines an Iris scanner and facial recognition technology. Moreover, the camera app features Bixby Vision which offers live translation, scene and building recognition, and a calorie counter.
