Samsung rolls out Android 10-based UI 2 for Note 10-series
Samsung's phablet-sized flagships, the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+, have started receiving the stable Android 10-based One UI 2.0 update. According to SamMobile, the new firmware is being released in Germany to all the users who are a part of the One UI 2.0 Beta Program for the Note 10-series. In India, the update is slated to be rolled out next month.
Here's everything to know about the update
The new Android 10-based One UI 2.0 update brings the firmware version to N97*FXXU1BSL7. The package is around 144MB in size and brings all the new features of Android 10, the add-ons of One UI 2.0, and the latest December Android Security patch.
What is new One UI 2.0?
As part of the Android 10, the One UI 2.0 update brings a system-wide dark mode, new full-screen gestures, improved animations, revised iconography, and Dynamic Lock Screen. There is enhanced accessibility options for users that have difficulty in hearing or visibility. The update also brings Google's enhanced Digital Wellbeing feature that helps you manage your phone use.

As far as their specifications are concerned, the Note 10 duo features a center-aligned punch-hole design with curved edges, a reflective glass back, and has IP68-rated build quality. The standard Note 10 sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED screen while the Note 10+ gets a bigger 6.8-inch QHD+ display. Meanwhile, both the screens come with HDR10+ support and integrated ultrasonic fingerprint sensors.
What's the camera like on Note 10-series?
Both the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ come with a 12MP (f/1.5-2.4) main lens, a 16MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP (f/2.1) telephoto lens. However, on the Plus model, this triple camera setup is joined by another DepthVision Camera for 3D details and AR video. On the front, both phones sport a single 10MP (f/2.2) selfie snapper.

The Galaxy Note 10 flagships are backed by the latest Exynos 9825 processor. The standard Note 10 comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage whereas the Plus variant packs 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB of storage (expandable upto 1TB). Under the hood, the Note 10+ offers a 4,300mAh battery (supports 45W fast-charging) while the regular model gets a 3,500mAh battery (supports 25W fast-charging).
