Samsung has slashed the prices of three of its popular mid-range smartphones in India by upto Rs. 6,000. After the price revision, the Galaxy A7 (2018) starts at Rs. 18,990 while the Galaxy A9 (2018) and Galaxy J6 are available for Rs. 33,990 and Rs. 10,490, respectively. The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) 6GB/128GB variant is now priced at Rs. 33,990 (launch price: Rs. 36,990) while the 8GB/128GB model is available for Rs. 36,990 (launch price: Rs. 39,990). Likewise, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) 4GB/64GB option now costs Rs. 18,990 (launch price: Rs. 23,990) whereas the 6GB/128GB variant is retailing for Rs. 22,990 (launch price: Rs. 28,990).
Samsung Galaxy J6 received a Rs. 1,000 price cut
Samsung Galaxy J6 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB models are now available for Rs. 10,490 and Rs. 11,990, respectively. To recall, the phone was launched at a starting price of Rs. 13,990 and in October last year, its prices were slashed to as low as Rs. 11,490.
Galaxy A9 (2018): The world's first quad camera smartphone
The Galaxy A9 flaunts the world's first quad rear-camera setup comprising a 24MP (f/1.7) primary camera, a 10MP (f/2.4) telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, an 8MP (f/2.4) ultra-wide camera with 120-degree field-of-view and a 5MP (f/2.2) depth camera.
