Samsung has launched its latest mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A52, A52 5G, and A72 at the 'Galaxy Awesome Unpacked 2021' event. The Galaxy A52 starts at €349 (roughly Rs. 30,000), while the A72 costs €449 (approximately Rs. 39,000). The phones offer a Full-HD+ display
Samsung's A52 and A72 sport a punch-hole cut-out with slim bezels, an IP67-rated build quality, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The A52 and A72 bear a 6.5-inch and 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, respectively, with a Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The A52 5G has a 120Hz display. They come in Awesome Violet, Awesome Blue, Awesome Black, and Awesome White colors.
They sport a 64MP main camera
Samsung Galaxy A52 packs a quad rear camera unit comprising a 64MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP depth sensor, and a 5MP macro camera. The Galaxy A72 offers a similar setup but with an 8MP telephoto lens instead of the depth sensor. The telephoto camera offer 3x optical zoom and 30x Space Zoom. For selfies, they pack a 32MP camera.
The handsets draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
Samsung Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 are powered by a Snapdragon 720G chipset, whereas the Galaxy A5 5G is backed by a Snapdragon 750G processor. They come with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, and boot Android 11-based One UI 3.1. Under the hood, the Galaxy A52 packs a 4,500mAh battery while the Galaxy A72 houses a 5,000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy A52 carries a starting price-tag of €349 (roughly Rs. 30,000). The A52 5G model starts at €429 (around Rs. 37,000).
