As part of its revamped Galaxy A-series, Samsung is working to launch A10, A30 and A50 smartphones in India soon. The company has activated a landing page for the new phones and has started teasing the camera-centric features of the phones on social media. Further, a few live images of the A30 and A50 have been leaked, reiterating key design details. Here's our roundup.
Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50: At a glance
As per the official images shared by Samsung, the A10 will feature Infinity-V display while the A30 and A50 will feature Infinity-U displays. However, all models will have a prominent bottom bezel and glossy-looking plastic casing. On the back, A10 will sport a single camera whereas the A20 and A30 will offer dual and triple cameras, respectively.
Galaxy A50 will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor
Going by previous leaks and the official renders, only the Galaxy A20 will come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The cheaper A10 will offer camera-based face unlock feature whereas the premium A50 will come with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor.

Reportedly, the Galaxy A10 will sport a 6.2-inch screen with HD+ resolution, 13MP (f/1.9) rear camera, and a 5MP (f/2.2) front camera that will support face unlock feature. Under the hood, it will come with an Exynos 7884B chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB of built-in storage. Further, the phone will run Android Pie and pack a 4,000mAh battery with 5W charging via micro-USB port.
The updated Galaxy A-series will offer several videography features
Going by the teasers posted by Samsung, the new Galaxy A-series phones will offer several new videography and photography features. So far, the company teased that the phones will be able to record Hyperlapse videos, Slo-mo videos, and Ultra-wide videos.

According to a previous leak, the Galaxy A30 will feature 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) sAMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It will be powered by an Exynos 7904 processor, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage (expandable upto 512GB). Under the hood, the phone will house a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support via a USB Type-C port.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A50 will house a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support via USB Type-C port.
Galaxy A50 will sport triple rear cameras
According to the leak, the Galaxy A50 will get a triple rear camera setup featuring a 25MP (f/1.7) main sensor, paired with a 5MP (f/2.2) depth sensor, and an 8MP (f/2.4) fixed-focus ultra-wide sensor. Up front, the phone will sport a 25MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper.
Pricing and availability
According to a report, Samsung will launch "one smartphone from the Galaxy A series every month beginning in March, through June." Moreover, like the all-new M-series, the next-gen A-series is targeted at millennials and will be priced between Rs. 10,000-50,000. Interestingly, Samsung is bullish on the upcoming models and expects sales in a range of $4 billion in 2019 from Galaxy A-series itself.
