Samsung is likely to launch a new A-series smartphone, the Galaxy A22 in both 4G and 5G variants in India soon. In the latest development, the A22 4G model, with model number SM-A225F/DS, has been spotted on the BIS certification site, revealing it to come with dual-SIM support and Android-11'>Android 11 OS. The A22 5G may be offered in four color options
Design and display details of the Samsung Galaxy A22 4G are not known at the moment. However, the A22 5G is likely to feature a punch-hole design, slim bezels, and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The handset may bear a 6.4-inch HD+ (720x1600 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It may be offered in Gray, White, Light Green, and Purple colors.
The device will boast of a 48MP main camera
The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is tipped to come with a quad rear camera setup comprising a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, a 13MP front snapper is expected.
It will run on Android 11
Samsung Galaxy A22 5G may draw power from an entry-level 5G-ready chipset, paired with at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
