Samsung Galaxy A13 India prices to start at Rs. 15,000
Samsung is working on launching the budget-friendly Galaxy A13 model in India in the coming days. According to PriceBaba, the handset will be available in three variants and will carry a starting price-tag of Rs. 14,999. To recall, the Galaxy A13 was announced in the European markets earlier this month. It offers a large LCD screen, quad rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy A13 comes as a successor to Galaxy A12, which was announced last year. While this is a 4G model, Samsung also offers A13 5G in some regions. The phone is well-packaged with features like a big screen, a long-lasting battery, and multiple cameras. It will take on rivals from brands such as Vivo and Xiaomi, which currently dominate the sub-Rs. 15,000 price-segment.
The device supports 60Hz refresh rate
The Samsung Galaxy A13 has a waterdrop notch design with a noticeable bottom bezel and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. On the rear, it sports a quad camera unit. The handset bears a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2408 pixels) LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It comes in shades of blue, peach, white, and black.
It packs an 8MP selfie shooter
The Galaxy A13 gets a quad rear camera setup, including a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 5MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro snapper, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. Up front, it packs an 8MP (f/2.2) selfie camera.
The smartphone offers 25W fast-charging support
The Galaxy A13 is powered by an octa-core Exynos 850 chipset and runs on the latest Android 12-based One UI 4.1. Under the hood, there is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast-charging. In India, the device will be available in 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB variants. The storage will be expandable via a microSD card.

As mentioned before, the Galaxy A13 will be arriving in India in three variants. The base 4GB/64GB model will be priced at Rs. 14,999. The 4GB/128GB version will cost Rs. 15,999 and the 6GB/128GB variant will bear a Rs. 17,499 price-tag. Like the global variant, the Indian model will likely come in shades of blue, peach, white, and black as well.
