#LeakPeek: Full specifications of Galaxy A10, A30 and A50 out
Samsung is working to launch several new mid-range smartphones in India under its revamped Galaxy A-series. Dubbed as Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50, the company is expected to unveil one smartphone from A-series every month starting March. And in the run up to the launch, key specifications of these handsets have been leaked online. Here's everything we know so far.
Galaxy A10, A30 and A50: At a glance
As per a leak by MySmartPrice, the new-generation Galaxy A10 will feature Infinity-V display with a glossy plastic body while A30 and A50 will feature Infinity-U displays with a 3D glossy plastic casing. Further, A10 will be available in Black and Gold colors while A30 and A50 will be offered in Black, Gold and White colors.
Everything we know about Galaxy A10
Reportedly, Galaxy A10 will sport a 6.2-inch screen with HD+ resolution, 13MP (f/1.9) rear camera, and a 5MP (f/2.2) front camera that will assist face unlock (no fingerprint sensor). Under the hood, it will come with an Exynos 7884B chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB of built-in storage. Further, A10 will run Android Pie and pack a 4,000mAh battery with 5W charging via micro-USB port.
Here's what we expect from Galaxy A30
The Galaxy A30 will feature 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) sAMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It will be powered by an Exynos 7904 processor, paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage (expandable upto 512GB). Under the hood, the phone will house a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support. Further, it will bear a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C port.
What's will be the camera like on Galaxy A30?
In the camera department, the Galaxy A30 is said to feature a dual rear camera setup comprising a 16MP main sensor with f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Up front, the phone is expected to offer a 16 (f/1.9) selfie snapper.
Here's everything we know about Galaxy A50
The most premium of the lot, the Galaxy A50 will have the same display as A30 but will come with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Further, it will run on Exynos 9610 processor, coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of expandable storage. Under the hood, the phone is also expected to come with a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging via Type-C port.
Galaxy A50 is likely to sport triple rear cameras
According to the leak, the Galaxy A50 will get a triple rear camera setup featuring a 25MP (f/1.7) main sensor, paired with a 5MP (f/2.2) depth sensor, and an 8MP (f/2.4) fixed-focus ultra-wide sensor. Up front, the phone will sport a 25MP (f/2.0) selfie shooter.
Pricing and availability
According to a report, Samsung will launch "one smartphone from the Galaxy A series every month beginning in March, through June." Moreover, like the all-new M-series, the next-gen A-series is targeted at millennials and will be priced between Rs. 10,000-50,000. Interestingly, Samsung is bullish on the upcoming models and expects sales in a range of $4 billion in 2019 from Galaxy A-series itself.
