Jio's new offer: free 8GB 4G data for 4 days
With IPL 2018 coming to an end, Reliance Jio has launched a new Cricket Pack that offers 2GB of 4G data per day for a validity period of four days. After the 2GB daily data is consumed, unlimited internet will be provided at a throttled speed of 64Kbps. The pack, aimed at allowing users to stream the final matches, is valid till May 29.
Users can avail this add-on data pack for free
This is a complimentary pack offered to select users as a free add-on, which is otherwise worth Rs. 101. Users can check if the Cricket Pack has been offered to them by going to the "My Plans" section in the MyJio app. The pack does not include any calling or SMS benefits and can be used for any purpose other than cricket as well.
On the heels of Jio's old Rs. 251 Cricket Pack
When IPL 11 kicked off last month, Jio had launched a Cricket Pack for Rs. 251 that offers 2GB of 4G data per day for a period of 51 days. It allows users to "stream almost every live match throughout the duration of 51 days."
More on Jio's original Rs. 251 Cricket Pack
As part of the Rs. 251 data pack, Jio users can play a live mobile game called "Jio Cricket Play Along" during the last two IPL matches. It offers real-time interaction for participants and rewards them with prizes. Subscribers of the data pack can also access a new web show announced by Reliance Jio via the MyJio app.
