Jio Phone users get Rs. 594, Rs. 297 recharge plans
Telecom giant Reliance Jio has introduced two new long-term prepaid recharge plans for its JioPhone and JioPhone 2 users. These unlimited packs, priced at Rs. 297 and Rs. 594, are extended part of the company's "JioPhone Monsoon Hungama" offer and come with three and six months validity, respectively. The Rs. 594 prepaid plan comes as long term recharge pack with a total validity of 168 days. It offers JioPhone users 0.5GB of high-speed data per day (84GB in total). After the daily quota is exhausted, users will get unlimited data but at 64Kbps. Additionally, the plan also offers unlimited calling, 300 SMSes every 28 days and a free subscription to Jio Apps.
Here's what you get from the Rs. 297 recharge plan
The Rs. 297 prepaid recharge plan offers the same benefits as the Rs. 594 plan but with half the validity. So, JioPhone customers get 0.5GB of high-speed data per day (42GB in total) for a total of 84 days. Moreover, this plan also comes with unlimited calling, 300 SMSes every 28 days and a complimentary subscription to Jio Apps.
JioPhone users can also opt for monthly packs
Alongside these new long terms recharge packs, Jio continues to offer pocket-friendly monthly recharge plans. The Rs. 49 plan provides unlimited calling, 50 SMSes, free access to Jio Apps and 1GB data for a total of 28 days. Likewise, the Rs. 99 plan offers all the same benefits as the Rs. 49 pack but with a total data of 14GB (0.5GB per day).
The Rs. 153 monthly pack comes with more data benefit
In addition to the aforementioned plans, the telco also offers a monthly recharge plan of Rs. 153 which gives JioPhone users more data benefit. This plan offers 1.5GB of daily data (42GB in total) for a total validity of 28 days. Lastly, it also provides unlimited calling benefits, 100 daily SMSes and a free subscription to Jio Apps.
