The entry-level 6GB/64GB variant of the wallet-friendly phone has received a price cut of Rs. 1,000, bringing down the phone's starting price to Rs. 13,999. With the latest price revision, the base 6GB/64GB variant of the Redmi Note 8 Pro is available at Rs. 13,999 (previous price: Rs. 14,999). The price cut is permanent and is now reflecting on Amazon as well as Mi.com. Meanwhile, the mid-end 6GB/128GB and the top-spec 8GB/128GB models will continue to sell at their old prices of Rs. 15,999 and Rs. 17,999, respectively.

Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with a premium all-glass body featuring a familiar waterdrop notched design. On the rear, it houses a vertically aligned quad camera module with LED flash and a physical fingerprint reader.
