Redmi Note 7 Pro gets MIUI 10 Global ROM update
In an official announcement, Xiaomi revealed that it has released MIUI 10 (V10.2.8.0) Global Stable ROM update for its Redmi Note 7 Pro phone. The update, available via over-the-air method, brings a bunch of camera improvements, bug fixes, and March 2019 Android Security patch. Moreover, the tech giant has also provided Recovery ROM and Flashboot ROM links for manual downloads. Here's more.

Xiaomi's MIUI 10 comes with sharpness improvements in both 48MP and 12MP modes. It also improves underexposure issues in portrait mode as well as enhances low-light details visibility, image brightness and indoor AWB (auto white balance). Further, the update fixes issues of screen brightness and call-time bubble overlapping with the notification icons.

And though more megapixels don't necessarily mean better photos, the 48MP (0.8-micron pixels) sensors offer impressive lossless digital zoom by preserving more details. The Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset, paired with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a micro-SD card. Further, it comes with a 4,000mAh battery which supports Quick Charge 4 standard (18W fast charging) and runs Android Pie-based MIUI 10.
