Redmi Note 7 Pro new 6GB/64GB variant launched in India
Xiaomi has launched a new variant of its popular Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in India. It comes in 6GB RAM and 64GB storage configuration and will sit between the 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB models already available in the country. Notably, the design and other specifications of the new Redmi Note 7 Pro variant remain unchanged. Here's all about it.
Pricing and availability of the new model
The newly launched Redmi Note 7 Pro in 6GB/64GB configuration is priced at Rs. 15,999. It will go on sale today at 12 pm via Mi.com and Flipkart. As part of the launch offers, Airtel is offering upto 1.12TB of 4G data and unlimited calling benefits whereas Reliance Jio is giving away double data benefits on prepaid recharges of Rs. 198 and above.
Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with all-glass body, gradient finish
The Redmi Note 7 Pro features a notched display with slightly prominent bezels on the top and bottom. On the rear, the glass body gets a gradient finish and houses dual cameras along with a fingerprint sensor. In terms of display, the phone offers a 6.3-inch screen with a full-HD+ resolution (1080 x 2340 pixels), 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and superior Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
The Redmi Note 7 Pro offers a dual-lens rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.79) Sony IMX586 sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. Up front, it has a 13MP selfie camera.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset, paired with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage (expandable upto 256GB). Under the hood, it runs on Android Pie-based MIUI 10.4 and packs a 4,000mAh battery. Further, the phone offers all the standard connectivity options and sensors including dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port and a headphone jack.
