Samsung's flagship Galaxy Note 8 phablet comes with a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ SuperAMOLED 'infinity' display, 6GB of RAM, and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. The phablet runs on Android Nougat, and is also powered by Samsung's virtual personal assistant, Bixby. Priced at Rs. 67,900, the Galaxy Note 8 also sports a dual rear camera with two 12MP sensors, and a 8MP selfie camera.
Xiaomi's most expensive phone in India
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 is another phone sporting 6GB of RAM. Equipped with a 5.99-inch bezel-less QHD display, the phone boasts a 2.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, a 12MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera with facial recognition, and 128GB of internal storage. Priced at Rs. 35,999, it's Xiaomi's most expensive phone in India. The Mi Mix 2 runs on Android Nougat.
Coolpad's budget smartphone with 6GB of RAM
On the less expensive side, the Coolpad Cool Play 6 is priced at Rs. 14,999. Powered by a 1.4Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor and Android Nougat, the phone has 6GB of RAM, a 4000mAh battery, 64GB of internal storage, a fingerprint sensor, and a 5.5-inch full HD display. The phone sports a dual-rear camera with two 13MP sensors, and an 8MP selfie camera.
OPPO's answer to its competition
The OPPO F3 Plus, priced at Rs. 22,900, is a relatively cheap smartphone with 6GB RAM. The phone comes with a 6-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, 64GB internal storage, dual-front cameras with a 16MP and 8MP sensors, and is powered by a 1.95GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor.
The OPPO F5 sports an AI seflie beautification software
Slightly more expensive than the F3 Plus, the OPPO F5 is priced at Rs. 24,990. Apart from boasting 6GB RAM, the phone's USP is its 20MP selfie camera with its AI beauty recognition technology. The front camera can also be used to unlock the phone using facial recognition. The handset has a 6-inch full HD display and runs on a 2.53Ghz Mediatek processor.
Infinix's flagship phones, the Zero 5 series
Hong Kong-based smartphone manufacturer Infinix's flagship phones, the Zero 5 and the Zero 5 Pro, both come with 6GB of RAM. Priced at Rs. 17,999 and Rs. 19,999 respectively, the Zero 5 and the Zero 5 Plus both go on sale on 22nd November. The 5.98-inch phones come with a dual-rear camera with 12MP and 13MP sensors, and 16MP selfie camera.
