Realme X2 Pro to launch in India in December
Realme is all set to launch its flagship smartphone, the Realme X2 Pro, in China and Spain on October 15. Now, just days ahead of its global unveiling, company's India CEO, Madhav Sheth, confirmed that the handset will arrive in India in December. As for key highlights, it will sport a 90Hz display, 64MP quad rear cameras, 50W fast-charging technology, and top-tier internals.

So far, several leaks and teasers have revealed that the Realme X2 Pro will come with a familiar waterdrop notched design, while on the rear it will house vertically stacked quad cameras. The phone is said to offer a 6.5-inch 'Fluid' AMOLED display with a full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
The quad rear cameras on the Realme X2 Pro will include a 64MP primary sensor, paired with an ultra-wide-angle lens with 115-degree field-of-view, a telephoto lens with 20x hybrid zoom, and another portrait lens. For selfies, it is likely to house a 32MP front-facing snapper.
Under the hood
The Realme X2 Pro will pack all-new Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. The phone might get upto 12GB RAM and upto 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The handset is likely to pack a 3,900mAh battery and feature an in-built liquid-cooling technology for thermal management. Further, it will come with SuperVOOC Flash Charge (50W) fast-charging technology, which is touted to offer 100% charge in 30 minutes.
Connectivity options and sensor details
As for the connectivity options, the Realme X2 Pro is likely to come with support for dual-SIMs (Nano), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Type-C port, and headphone jack. Lastly, it should offer all standard sensors like accelerometer, proximity, gyroscope, and e-compass.
And, what will be the pricing?
As of now, there is no word on the pricing of Realme X2 Pro. However, we expect the company to launch the handset at a competitive price. Going by specs, it is likely to cost somewhere around Rs. 30,000 in India. At this price point, the phone will lock horns with rivals like Redmi K20 Pro and ASUS 6Z.
