Realme launched its first phone with a pop-up selfie camera
Expanding its portfolio of budget-range smartphones, tech giant Realme has launched Realme X and Realme X Lite in China. Realme X is the company's first smartphone to house a pop-up module for the selfie camera while the Realme X Lite is the rebranded version of Realme 3 Pro which was recently launched in India. The Realme X features a notch-less all-screen design achieved by adopting a pop-up module for the selfie camera. Also, the phone comes with a glass back along with gradient finish and offers Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone sports a 6.53-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. Lastly, it is available in Steam White and Punk Blue colors.
Realme X: Camera Specs
As far as camera is concerned, the Realme X houses a dual camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.7) main camera along with a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. Further, the phone packs a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera packed in a pop-up module. Moreover, the main camera is capable of recording 2160p videos at 30fps while the selfie camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

The Realme X is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with upto 8GB RAM and upto 128GB of storage. For battery performance, it is backed by a 3,700mAh battery and offers VOOC 3.0 (20W) fast-charging support. The smartphone comes with all the standard sensors and connectivity options including dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB type-C port.

In China, the Realme X starts at CNY 1,499 (around Rs. 15,400) while the Realme X Lite which is the rebranded version of Realme 3 Pro starts at CNY 1,199 (around Rs. 12,300).
