Prior to unveiling, price and specifications of Realme Q3 leaked
Realme will unveil a new smartphone named Q3, in China soon. In the latest development, details of the handset have been leaked (via mydrivers.com). It shall pack a Dimensity 1100 chipset, a 120Hz screen, and shall start at CNY 2,000 (Rs. 23,000). The device will succeed the Realme Q2 line-up, which has achieved a one million sales record, just six months after its launch.
It may offer a Full-HD+ display
Design-wise, the Realme Q3 is said to resemble its predecessors with a punch-hole cut-out design, a slim bottom bezel, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication. On the rear, it may house a quad camera setup. The handset is likely to bear a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
A 16MP selfie snapper is expected
Not much is known about Realme Q3's camera module. However, for reference, the Realme Q2 comes with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies, it has a 16MP snapper.
It will sport a 4,500mAh battery
The Realme Q3 is tipped to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. However, the memory configurations are yet to be revealed. It might run on Android-11'>Android 11 and pack a 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the device is expected to offer support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G network.
Realme Q3: Pricing and availability
Going by the leak, the Realme Q3 is likely to start at Rs. CNY 2,000 (approximately Rs. 23,000). However, the official pricing and availability details will be announced at the time of the launch, which is expected to happen soon.
