Realme executive teases GT Neo 3's design ahead of launch
Realme is gearing up to launch its flagship handset, the GT Neo 3, sometime this month. In the latest development, the company has confirmed the phone's rear design, courtesy of a poster shared by Realme China's CMO Xu Qi Chase. The new poster showcases the device's camera module with a primary sensor on top followed by a dual-LED flash and two other sensors.
Why does this story matter?
The Realme GT Neo 3 has been at the receiving end of various leaks and revelations in the last few weeks. The latest reveal by CMO Chase is a precursor to a large number of teasers, that we are sure, to follow. The anticipation regarding the GT Neo 3 is palpable as it will be the first to use the 150W UltraDart charging technology.
The handset will sport a 6.7-inch display
The Realme GT Neo 3 will sport a punch-hole cut-out on the top-center with slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it will have a rectangular triple camera unit. The handset will bear a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120HZ refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
It will have a 16MP selfie camera
The Realme GT Neo 3 will be equipped with a triple rear camera module, comprising a 50MP main shooter with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. Up front, it will sport a 16MP selfie snapper.
It should come with two battery options
The Realme GT Neo 3 will be fueled by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The handset will likely be offered in two battery options: a 5,000mAh battery variant with 80W fast-charging support and a 4,500mAh battery model with 150W UltraDart charging capability. It will boot Android 12-based Realme UI.
Realme GT Neo 3: Pricing and availability
The official pricing and availability details of the Realme GT Neo 3 will be announced at the time of its launch. However, we expect the handset to start at around Rs. 30,000.
