Realme Book Prime laptop launched in India at Rs. 65,000
Realme has introduced its latest laptop, the Realme Book Prime, in India. The company has set a price-tag of Rs. 64,999 for the laptop's sole variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. The Realme Book Prime will be available for purchase in India from April 13 onward in Real Gray, Real Blue, and Real Green colors options.
Why does this story matter?
Realme has unveiled five new products in India today, including the Realme Book Prime. It is the company's second laptop in the Indian market with some identical specifications to its predecessor but it does have some improvements and new features. To recall, the laptop was first introduced by the company a few months ago at the Mobile World Congress 2022 event.
The laptop sports a 2K LCD display
The Realme Book Prime has a modern design, featuring a rectangular screen with slim bezels, a backlit chiclet keyboard, a large trackpad, and a webcam housed in the top bezel. It has an aluminium chassis and is not much thick at around 15mm. The laptop bears a 14.2-inch 2K (1440x2160 pixels) LCD display with a 3:2 aspect ratio.
The laptop is offered with 16GB of RAM
The Realme Book Prime is powered by a Intel Core i5 processor with a single-core clock speed of 4.5GHz. It has a cache of 8MB, coupled with Intel Iris Xe graphics. It runs on Windows 11 operating system. In India, the laptop is currently offered with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. It is packed with a 54Wh battery with 65W fast-charging support.
It supports dual-fan cooling system
The Realme Book Prime offers Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, a Type-C, a Type-A port, and a 3.5mm headphone slot. To dissipate heat during load intensive sessions, the laptop gets a dual-fan cooling system.

The Realme Book Prime has a price-tag of Rs. 64,999 for its sole variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD. However, it will be available at a discounted price of Rs. 57,999 for a limited time period. It can be purchased in India from April 13 onward via Realme.com, Flipkart, and partner offline stores.
