Chinese tech giant Realme has launched its new Realme 6 Pro and Realme 6 mid-range smartphones in India today. The former comes at a starting price of Rs. 16,999, while the latter starts at Rs. 12,999. The key highlights of these handsets include their punch-hole design, 90Hz display, and a respectable 64MP quad rear camera. Here's our roundup.
A look at both the smartphones
Both the Realme 6 Pro and Realme 6 offer an edge-to-edge LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. However, the former comes with a dual punch-hole design, while the latter sports a single punch-hole setup. The Pro model houses a 6.6-inch panel with a full-HD+ resolution, while the standard Realme 6 sports a smaller 6.5-inch full-HD+ display.
Both smartphones offer a 64MP quad camera
Both the smartphones offer a 64MP quad-lens rear camera setup. The Pro model sports a 12MP telephoto lens, an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide-angle sensor, and another 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. The Realme 6, on the other hand, gets a similar setup but with an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide-angle lens and a couple of 2MP (f/2.4) cameras for depth sensing and macro photography.

As far as pricing is concerned, the Realme 6 Pro starts at Rs. 16,999 for the entry-level 6GB/64GB model and goes up to Rs. 18,999 for the top-end 8GB/128GB variant. On the other hand, the standard Realme 6 costs Rs. 12,999 for the entry-level 4GB/64GB model and Rs. 15,999 for the top-of-the-line variant with 8GB/128GB configuration.

The Realme 6 Pro will go on sale starting 12pm on March 13 via Flipkart, Realme.com, and retail stores, while the standard Realme 6 will be up for grabs from 12pm on March 11. As for sale offers, Flipkart is offering a discount of Rs. 1,000 on Realme 6 Pro on transactions made using Axis Bank cards.
