Realme 3 Pro, with 25MP selfie-camera, launched at Rs. 14,000
Taking on Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7 Pro in the mid-budget segment, Realme has launched the Realme 3 Pro in India today. The key highlights of the phone are its full-HD+ notched display, 25MP selfie camera, 960fps slow-mo support, Snapdragon 710 chipset, and a 4,045mAh battery. In India, Realme 3 Pro comes at a starting price of Rs. 13,999. Here's everything to know.
Realme 3 Pro: At a glance
Up front, the Realme 3 Pro comes with a waterdrop notched display and slim bottom bezel to offer a screen-to-body ratio of 90.8% On the back, the plastic panel features a dual-lens rear camera, a fingerprint sensor, and a Le Mans-inspired Speedway gradient pattern. Further, it has a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

On the back, Realme 3 Pro features a dual camera setup comprising a 16MP (f/1.7) Sony IMX519 sensor, paired with a 5MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. The main camera supports features such as 960fps super slow-mo video at 720p (to come via OTA update), 64MP Ultra-HD mode, and Nightscape. Up front, the phone has a 25MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper with HDR and AI Facial Unlock.
Realme 3 Pro: Under the hood
The Realme 3 Pro is powered by a 10nm octa-core 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, paired with Adreno 616 GPU, 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage (expandable upto 256GB). Under the hood, the phone packs a 4,045mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging (20W) and runs Android Pie-based ColorOS 6.0. The phone also comes with a performance-boosting HyperBoost 2.0 technology.

In terms of connectivity features, the Realme 3 Pro supports dual VoLTE with dual-SIM (nano), LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz, 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Micro-USB port. Realme 3 Pro's first sale on April 29
Realme 3 Pro costs Rs. 13,999 for the base-end 4GB/64GB model and Rs. 16,999 for the top-end 6GB/128GB variant. It comes in Carbon Grey, Nitro Blue, and Lightning Purple color options. However, the Lightning Purple variant will be released in May. As for availability, the first sale will be held on April 29 at 12 pm via Realme online store and Flipkart.
