Cryptic teaser reveals POCO X4 Pro 5G's India launch date
POCO is gearing up to introduce its latest mid-range handset, the X4 Pro 5G, in India. In the latest development, the company has teased the launch date of the phone via its Twitter handle. The post suggests that the phone will be launched in the country on April 10. To recall, it had made its global debut during the recently held MWC 2022.

The POCO X4 Pro 5G made its global debut along with the M4 Pro 5G model. Although the company promptly launched the latter in India, it has been silent on the former until now. The X4 Pro 5G is a rebranded version of the global Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. The India-specific model of the phone may have certain differences from the global variant.

The handset features a 120Hz AMOLED display
The POCO X4 Pro 5G features a centrally-aligned punch-hole cut-out, slim bezels, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has a glossy and textured rear panel with a full-width camera unit. The handset sports a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. It is offered in Laser Blue, Laser Black, and POCO Yellow color options.
It flaunts a 108MP main camera
The POCO X4 Pro 5G is equipped with a triple rear camera unit, comprising a 108MP (f/1.9) main sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide shooter, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. Up front, it sports a 16MP (f/2.4) selfie snapper.
It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast-charging
The POCO X4 Pro 5G is fueled by a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. At the heart, it boots Android 11-based MIUI 13 and houses a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast-charging support. For connectivity, the handset offers support for 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, and a Type-C port.
