POCO X4 5G is now available for purchase in India
POCO's newest mid-ranger, the X4 Pro 5G, is now available for purchase in India via Flipkart. The device was introduced by the company last week at a starting price of Rs. 18,999. As for the key specifications, it offers a 120Hz display, a 64MP triple camera setup, a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast-charging support.
Why does this story matter?
The POCO X4 Pro 5G was first introduced at the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona earlier this year. However, the Indian variant of the X4 Pro 5G is slightly different from the global model. In terms of hardware, the Indian variant offers a 64MP main camera on the back while the global version has a 108MP primary shooter.
It has a 120Hz AMOLED display
The POCO X4 Pro 5G has a punch-hole cut-out on the top-center with slim bezels and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it sports a triple camera setup, paired with an LED flash. The handset comes with a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.
It has a 64MP primary sensor
The POCO X4 Pro 5G packs a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 64MP (f/1.9) primary camera, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. The handset offers a 16MP (f/2.4) front-facing camera for selfies.
The device boots Android 11-based MIUI 13
The POCO X4 Pro 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G processor and runs on Android 11-based MIUI 13. The device comes in 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB configurations. It also gets virtual RAM support and offers up to 1TB of expandable storage. Under the hood, it packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 67W fast-charging.
POCO X4 Pro 5G: Pricing and availability
The POCO X4 Pro 5G costs Rs. 18,999 for the 6GB/64GB model. The 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB models are priced at Rs. 19,999 and Rs. 21,999, respectively. It is available via Flipkart in POCO Yellow, Laser Black, and Laser Blue colors. Buyers can get a discount of Rs. 3,000 in exchange for old X series phone, while HDFC bank cardholders can avail Rs. 1,000 discount.
