POCO M4 Pro launched in India at Rs. 15,000
Xiaomi-owned POCO has launched the M4 Pro model in India as its latest affordable offering. The handset joins the 5G variant which was announced in November last year. It is priced starting at Rs. 14,999 and will go on sale from March 7 via Flipkart. The phone has a 90Hz AMOLED display, a MediaTek Helio G96 processor, triple rear cameras, and 33W fast-charging support.

The handset has a plastic body and frame
The POCO M4 Pro sports a punch-hole cut-out on the top-center, slim bezels, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a plastic body. The phone packs stereo speakers and is IP53 water-resistant. It has a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone comes in Power Black, Cool Blue, and POCO Yellow color options.
It packs a 16MP front camera
The POCO M4 Pro has a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide snapper, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, there is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calling.
It supports 33W fast-charging technology
The POCO M4 Pro draws power from a MediaTek Helio G96 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support and boots Android 11-based MIUI 13. For connectivity, the smartphone offers support for VoLTE, a Type-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, and Wi-Fi.
POCO M4 Pro: Pricing and availability
POCO M4 Pro costs Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB/64GB model while the 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB variants are priced at Rs. 16,499 and Rs. 17,999, respectively. It will go on sale from March 7 via Flipkart. Buyers can avail Rs. 1,000 off via HDFC Bank cards.
