POCO F6 5G goes official in India at ₹30,000
POCO has introduced its newest flagship smartphone, the POCO F6, to the Indian market. This device is notably the first in India to be fueled by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. It comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage formats, delivering top-of-the-line hardware starting at just ₹29,999. It will be available for purchase from May 29 onward via Flipkart and Amazon.
The device sports an IP64 rating
The POCO F6 boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. At the back, the phone includes 50MP (OIS) IMX882 primary and 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide cameras. For selfies and video calls, there's a 20MP front camera. The phone has an IP64 rating for dust and water splash resistance. Additional features include an IR blaster for remote control functions and an in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.
It offers 90W fast charging
The POCO F6 is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging, capable of reaching 100% charge in approximately half an hour. The device runs on Xiaomi's latest HyperOS based on Android 14, and promises three major Android updates and four years of security patches. It offers connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.4, and NFC.
Pricing and offers
The POCO F6 in an 8GB/256GB configuration is priced at ₹29,999. The 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB variants cost ₹31,999 and ₹33,999, respectively. Buyers can avail bank offers and exchange discounts on the device.
