OPPO Pad's specifications leaked ahead of February 24 launch
OPPO Pad is all set to be launched in China on February 24. In the latest development, detailed specifications of the tablet have surfaced online courtesy of Digital Chat Station. Previously, official renders of the device have revealed its design. It was also found on JD.com for reservations. It will be launched alongside the Find X5 series and the Enco X2 earbuds.

The OPPO Pad will be the maiden tablet from the company. Notably, the tech giant's first trial in the tablet market was through Realme, its sub-brand. With its competitors looking at 2022 as the year to capture the comparatively dormant Android tablet market, OPPO has taken it upon itself to bring a premium device. The OPPO Pad is expected to be feature-rich and cost-effective.
The tablet will have a 120Hz LCD display
The OPPO Pad will feature a conventional rectangular screen with slim bezels. On the rear, it will sport a single camera. The tablet will bear a 10.95-inch QHD+ (2560x1600 pixels) LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 10-bit color support. Dimensions-wise, it will be around 7mm thick and weigh roughly 510gm. It could be offered in Black, Purple, and Silver color options.
It will sport a 13MP main camera
The OPPO Pad will be equipped with a single 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies and video calls.
A Snapdragon 870 chip will power the device
The OPPO Pad will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. Under the hood, it will boot Android 12-based ColorOS 12 and house an 8,360mAh battery with 33W fast-charging. It will have quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and will also offer support for W-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and a Type-C port for charging.
OPPO Pad: Pricing and availability
The official pricing and availability details of the OPPO Pad will be announced at the time of its launch on February 24. However, we expect it to be priced around Rs. 25,000.
