OPPO Find X3, with Snapdragon 870 chipset, launched in China
Chinese tech giant OPPO has introduced the vanilla Find X3 model in its home country. The handset may remain exclusive to China considering it was not announced in the global markets alongside the Find X3 Pro. The standard X3 is exactly the same as the Pro version except for packing a Snapdragon 870 chipset and 8GB of RAM. Here's our roundup.
The phone boasts of an adaptive screen refresh rate
OPPO Find X3 sports a punch-hole cut-out with slim bezels, curved edges, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it offers a quad camera setup. The handset bears a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1440x3216 pixels) LTPO AMOLED screen with a 5-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a 10-bit full-path color management system. It is offered in Mirror Black, Fog Blue, and Condensed White color options.
It offers a 32MP selfie shooter
OPPO Find X3 packs a quad rear camera unit including a 50MP (f/1.8) main sensor, a 50MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, a 13MP (f/2.4) telephoto camera, and a 3MP (f/3.0) macro lens with 60x zoom. For selfies, it offers a 32MP (f/2.4) front camera.
The handset boots ColorOS 11.2
OPPO Find X3 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. It runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.2 and packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W wired and 30W wireless fast-charging support. In terms of connectivity, the device offers support for Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, 5G, and a Type-C port.
OPPO Find X3: Pricing and availability
OPPO Find X3 is currently up for bookings via JD.com and will ship from March 19 onwards. The handset is priced at CNY 4,499 (roughly Rs. 50,500) for the 8GB/128GB model and CNY 4,999 (around Rs. 56,000) for the 8GB/256GB variant.
