OPPO releases ColorOS 11 update for Find X2 Neo
OPPO has started releasing the Android 11-based ColorOS 11 update for its Find X2 Neo smartphone in Spain. As per the changelog, the firmware brings all the features of Android 11 as well as ColorOS 11, including a refreshed UI, customizable dark mode, one-time permissions, new navigation gestures, Always-on Display, chat bubbles, and three-finger translate feature. The ColorOS 11 update for Find X2 Neo is seeding in Spain and is expected to reach other regions in the coming days. The roll-out is happening in a phased manner. You can manually check for the firmware by going to Settings > Software update.
The smartphone has a 90Hz AMOLED screen
As far as its specifications are concerned, the OPPO Find X2 Neo features an aluminium-glass body with a punch-hole design, curved edges, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. On the rear, it packs a quad camera unit. The handset bears a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a 90Hz refresh rate.
There is a 32MP selfie camera
The OPPO Find X2 Neo sports a quad rear camera module comprising a 48MP (f/1.7) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, a 13MP (f/2.4) telephoto camera, and a 2MP (f/2.4) monochrome sensor. For selfies and video calls, it has a 32MP (f/2.4) front-facing snapper.
Under the hood, the phone supports 30W fast-charging
The OPPO Find X2 Neo is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 765G chipset, combined with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. At the heart, it has a 4,025mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support and is now upgradeable to Android 11-based ColorOS 11. In terms of connectivity, the device offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and a Type-C port.
