OPPO F11 Pro, featuring pop-up selfie camera, to launch today
OPPO is all set to announce its F11 Pro smartphone in India today. The launch event, to be held in Mumbai, will be live streamed starting 7pm via the company's YouTube channel. So far, a series of official teasers have revealed the key specifications and features of F11 Pro including its pop-up selfie camera and 48MP dual rear camera. Here's everything to know.
OPPO F11 Pro: At a glance
As per official teasers, OPPO F11 Pro will feature an all-screen design, thanks to a pop-up selfie camera module. On the back, the glass-like casing will have dual cameras, a fingerprint sensor, and 3D gradient design as well. Further, the phone will sport 6.5-inch LCD display with a full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixel) resolution and 90.9% screen-to-body ratio.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
Reportedly, the OPPO F11 Pro's dual rear camera setup will have a 48MP (f/1.79) main sensor and a 5MP (f/2.4) secondary sensor. Up front, the pop-up module will house a 16MP selfie snapper with an f/2.0 aperture. Further, as per official teasers, the phone will offer several AI-based photography features such as an 'Ultra Night Mode' for low-light photography and Ultra-Clear Engine.
Under the hood
According to previous leaks, the F11 Pro will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. Under the hood, it will house a 4,000mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support, and run Android Pie-based ColorOS 6 out-of-the-box.
Pricing and availability
Citing an OPPO Store executive, BeetelBite recently claimed that the F11 Pro will arrive in India at a starting price of Rs. 25,999. The report further noted that the pre-booking for the phone will open on the launch day itself i.e. today and sales will begin from March 16.
