OPPO A92s spotted on TENAA, key specifications revealed
As an addition to its portfolio of mid-range smartphones, OPPO is working to launch the A92s in its home country in the coming months. In the latest update, the handset has been spotted on Chinese certification site TENAA, revealing its design and key specifications. The phone is expected to offer a 120Hz display, 48MP quad camera, and mid-level internals. Here are more details.
The phone will sport a dual punch-hole design
Going by the leaked images, the OPPO A92s will sport a dual punch-hole design. On the rear, the square-ish module will accommodate quad cameras and an LED flash. The phone is likely to offer a 6.57-inch LCD screen with a Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It will also house a side-mounted fingerprint reader for secure biometric authentication.

In terms of optics, the OPPO A92s is expected to house a quad-lens rear camera setup comprising a 48MP primary sensor, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a couple of 2MP lenses for macro photography and depth sensing. Up front, the dual punch-hole module will accommodate a 16MP primary and a 2MP secondary lens.
Under the hood
The OPPO A92s is likely to draw power from a MediaTek Dimensity 800 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The phone is expected to run on Android 10-based ColorOS 7 and pack a solid 3,890mAh battery. Moreover, it will come with support for the latest connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, VoLTE, Type-C port, and a headphone jack.
