OPPO A9 2020 gets Rs. 1,000 price cut in India
In a bid to attract more buyers, Chinese tech giant OPPO has reduced the prices of its recently-launched A9 2020 smartphone in India. With the latest price revision, the mid-range smartphone has become cheaper by Rs. 1,000. Notably, the price cut is only applicable to the 4GB/128GB variant and is currently reflecting on Amazon. With the latest price cut, the 4GB/128GB model of the OPPO A9 2020 is now available at Rs. 15,990 (launch price: Rs. 16,990). However, the 8GB/128GB variant will continue to sell at its launch price of Rs. 19,990.

To recall, the OPPO A9 2020 sports a familiar waterdrop notched design with a noticeable bottom bezel to offer 89% screen-to-body ratio. On the rear, the gradient finished panel houses four cameras and a physical fingerprint reader. Also, the phone sports a 6.5-inch LCD display with an HD+ (720x1600 pixels) resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio.

The quad rear cameras on the OPPO A9 2020 include a 48MP (f/1.8) main sensor, 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP (f/2.4) monochrome sensor, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For the selfie lovers, there is a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing camera housed in the notch. Further, the main camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the selfie camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.
