OPPO A7 launched: Specifications, features and price
Expanding its portfolio of mid-range smartphones, OPPO has launched the A7 in China and Nepal. The key features of OPPO A7 are its waterdrop notched display, AI-powered selfie camera, mid-level internals and an impressive 4,230mAh battery. In China, the phone is priced at CNY 1,599 (approx. OPPO A7: At a glance
Up front, the OPPO A7 sports a waterdrop notch-based display with a prominent bottom bezel. On the back, the phone gets gradient finish and a dual camera setup and fingerprint sensor with golden accents. Further, the A7 features a 6.2-inch HD+ (1520×720 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.3%.

While the phone sports a dual rear-camera setup, OPPO hasn't revealed its specifications. However, according to a previous leak, the back camera will have a 13MP main sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and a 2MP secondary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). Up front, the OPPO A7 gets a 16MP selfie snapper and comes with some AI-based image enhancement features.

The OPPO A7 is powered by an entry-level octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, paired with Adreno 506 GPU, 3GB/4GB RAM, and 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. Under the hood, the phone packs a 4,230mAh battery and runs Android Oreo-based ColorOS 5.2.

In China, the OPPO A7 is priced at CNY 1,599 (approx. Rs. 16,500) and comes in a single 4GB/64GB configuration. It will be available starting November 22 in Fresh Powder, Lake Light Green, and Amber Gold color options. In Nepal, the phone costs NPR 35,790 (approx. Rs. 22,200) for the 3GB RAM/32GB storage variant and comes in Glaring Gold and Glaze Blue colors.
