Ahead of launch, OPPO A54's pricing and storage details leaked
OPPO is all set to launch its A54 smartphone in India on April 19 followed by the A74 5G on April 20. In the latest development, 91Mobiles has revealed the A54's storage and pricing details in India. According to the leak, the handset will be made available in three storage configurations, at a starting price of Rs. 13,490. Here's our roundup.
The phone flaunts an HD+ display
The OPPO A54, which is already available in Indonesia, features a punch-hole cut-out, a prominent bottom bezel, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it houses a square-shaped triple camera setup. The handset bears a 6.51-inch HD+ (720x1600 pixels) LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is offered in Starry Blue and Crystal Black color variants.
It sports a 16MP selfie camera
The OPPO A54 comes with a triple rear camera module comprising a 13MP (f/2.2) primary sensor, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro shooter, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, it has a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing snapper.
It draws power from a Helio P35 processor
In India, the OPPO A54 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 chipset, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. Under the hood, it runs on Android 11 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. For connectivity, it offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.
OPPO A54: Pricing and availability
According to the leak, the OPPO A54 will be priced at Rs. 13,490 for the 4GB/64GB base model. The 4GB/128GB variant will cost Rs. 14,490 and the 6GB/128GB configuration will be priced at Rs. 15,990. It will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
