OnePlus Watch to feature a 46mm dial, Warp Charge technology
OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus Watch alongside its flagship 9 series on March 23. In the latest development, Pricebaba has revealed the key specifications and features of the smartwatch. According to the report, the OnePlus Watch will come with a 46mm dial, an IP68-rated build quality, an SpO2 sensor, 4GB of storage, and Warp Charge support. Here are more details.
It will be offered in two color options
The OnePlus Watch will feature a 46mm circular dial with brushed aluminium or stainless steel body. It will be offered with swappable straps. The underside of the wearable will pack all the sensors required for monitoring vitals like heart rate and SpO2. It will boast of an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and will be available in Black and Silver color options.
It is likely to boot a custom operating system
The OnePlus Watch is speculated to be powered by a Snapdragon 4100 chipset and run on a proprietary operating system instead of Google's Wear OS. It will come with 4GB of internal storage and Warp Charge technology that will provide a week-long battery life with just 20 minutes of charging. The smartwatch will also double up as a remote control for OnePlus TVs.
OnePlus Watch will support automatic workout detection
The OnePlus Watch will offer features like automatic workout detection, heart rate monitoring, sleep and stress tracking, SpO2 monitoring, and a swimming mode, among other features. It will also have productivity functions like making or answering calls, replying to notifications, and controlling music. The wearable is expected to be available in both Wi-Fi as well as LTE variants.
OnePlus Watch: Pricing and availability
The official pricing and availability details of the OnePlus Watch will be announced at the March 23 launch event. However, it is likely to cost around Rs. 15,000-20,000.
