OnePlus Nord's Android 11 update resumes with hotfix build
OnePlus has started releasing the OxygenOS 11.1.1.1 hotfix update for its Nord smartphone after the Android 11 update was paused due to some bugs. The new build is available for all the Nord users, including those who had installed the faulty firmware. The update brings a new UI design, a couple of always-on display styles, optimized Dark Mode, and other nifty changes.

In India, the update carries version number 11.1.1.1.AC01DA. It has a download size of 2.9GB for Nord users running on Android 10. The roll-out is happening in a staged manner but you can go to Settings > System Updates to manually check for the firmware.
It flaunts a 90Hz AMOLED display
As far as its specifications are concerned, the Nord has a plastic-glass body with a pill-shaped cut-out, slim bezels, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, it has a vertically-stacked quad camera unit. The handset sports a 6.44-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9, a 90Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support.
The handset offers a 48MP main camera
The OnePlus Nord bears a quad rear camera setup comprising a 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8MP (f/2.3) ultra-wide lens, a 5MP (f/2.4) depth camera, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro shooter. Up front, it has a 32MP (f/2.5) and 8MP (f/2.5) dual-lens system.
It offers 30W fast-charging support
The OnePlus Nord draws power from a Snapdragon 765G chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Under the hood, it packs a 4,115mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. On the connectivity front, the device offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, 5G, and a Type-C port.
