OnePlus launches Bullets Wireless earphones for Rs. 3,999
OnePlus has launched its first ever Bluetooth wireless headphones called "Bullets Wireless" in India for Rs. 3,999. Looks-wise, it is not the "truly wireless" in-ear buds but it offers several high-end, user-friendly features for a relatively cheaper price. This pair of wireless earphones was in development for the last two years, OnePlus said. The device will become available starting June 5.
Fast charging, Google Assistant support, weather-proof
Just like its smartphones, OnePlus has brought Dash charging support to its earphones as well. The device can reportedly deliver five hours of playback time on 10 minutes of charge. It comes with a USB Type-C port. Bullets Wireless is sweat and water-resistant and also comes with Google Assistant integration so that you can relay voice commands without having to take out your phone.
Simply snap the headphones together to turn them off
OnePlus Bullets Wireless features an aluminum shell, uses the AptX codec for high-resolution audio playback, and packs in 9.2mm bass drivers. The headsets come with a magnetic control which allows users to turn them off/pause them by simply putting them together and turn them on (and answer a phone call) by pulling them apart. The magnetic snapping also avoids tangles.
The device better isolates and stabilizes sound
The wireless headset sports a new technology called "Energy Tubes" which reduce reverberations and audio distortion to deliver a clearer and richer sound quality. Notably, the earphones are not only compatible with the latest OnePlus 6 smartphone, which was launched along with Bullets Wireless, but also with the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T older flagships.
