OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z earbuds teased, launching on April 14
OnePlus has teased its Bullets Wireless Z in India that are slated to go official alongside the OnePlus 8 series on April 14. The new pair of earbuds will arrive as an upgrade to the Bullets Wireless 2. It won't be truly wireless but is tipped to provide up to 20 hours of playtime on a single charge and ultra-low Bluetooth latency of 110ms.
Bullets Wireless Z will offer a neckband design, new colors
According to some leaks we've seen over the past week, the Bullets Wireless Z will look almost the same as the Bullets Wireless 2. It will feature a neckband design with in-ear wearability, magnetic play-pause functionality, and some new color options to go with the shades of the OnePlus 8 smartphones. The upcoming earbuds are also said to come with IP55 dust and water-resistance.
It will offer up to 20 hours of playtime
The OnePlus Wireless Bullets Z, as per leaks, will offer up to 20 hours of battery life on a single charge. The earphones are also confirmed to support fast charging technology wherein a 10-minute charge will provide 10 hours of playtime.
The earphones will also support ultra-low Bluetooth latency
The upcoming OnePlus earphones are also expected to come with an ultra-low Bluetooth latency of just 110ms, which is significantly lower than Apple's flagship AirPod Pro earbuds (144ms). Moreover, the Bullets Wireless Z will let you easily switch between different paired devices with a single click and support Google Assistant activation via a dedicated button.
Pricing and availability
The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z is said to be a more affordable offering than the Bullets Wireless 2. In the European markets, it is likely to be priced at €58 (roughly Rs. 4,800). However, in India, the audio accessory could arrive at around Rs. 4,000.
