OnePlus 9, 9 Pro will ship with 65W power adapters
OnePlus is gearing up to introduce its flagship 9 and 9 Pro models on March 23. In the latest development, the handsets have been spotted on 3C certification site, confirming that they will ship with 65W power adapters. The listing also reveals that third-party Power Data Objects (PDO) and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) will be able to supply up to 45W power.
The duo will feature a 120Hz AMOLED display
OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will sport a punch-hole design with slim bezels and an in-display fingerprint sensor. On the rear, they will house up to four cameras. The vanilla model will bear a 120Hz, 6.5-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) AMOLED screen, while the Pro variant will offer a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1440x3216 pixels) AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
The 9 Pro will sport a 50MP ultra-wide lens
OnePlus 9 will pack triple rear cameras, including a 48MP main sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto sensor. The 9 Pro will offer a quad rear camera unit comprising a 48MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, an 8MP telephoto camera, and a 2MP shooter. On the front, they will sport a 16MP and 32MP selfie snapper, respectively.
They will draw power from a Snapdragon 888 chipset
The OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will be fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 888 processor, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. They will run on Android 11-based OxygenOS 11 and pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W wired fast-charging support. The Pro model is also expected to offer 45W wireless fast-charging.
OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro: Pricing and availability
The official pricing details of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro will be announced at the March 23 launch event. However, considering the expected specifications, the smartphones are likely to be priced at around Rs. 45,000 and Rs. 55,000, respectively.
