Nothing's latest update brings ChatGPT to Phone (1)
Nothing's Phone (1) has been significantly enhanced with the latest firmware update, Nothing OS 2.5.5. The standout feature of this upgrade is the integration of ChatGPT, allowing users to access ChatGPT Widgets directly from their home screen. This update, previously introduced to the Phone (2) and Phone (2a), now extends ChatGPT capabilities to Phone (1) users, along with a bunch of other improvements.
ChatGPT integration enhances user experience
The new update introduces a button added to the screenshot and clipboard pop-up, simplifying the process of pasting content directly into a new ChatGPT conversation. Additionally, Nothing OS 2.5.5 offers an exclusive feature for home screen customization - users now have the option to apply the Nothing Icon Pack. This update also addresses several system bugs, promising a smoother user experience.
New gesture for audio conversation with ChatGPT
The update also introduces a new gesture in the Nothing X app for starting a voice conversation with ChatGPT. This feature currently works via Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a), and will be coming soon to other Nothing audio products.
