Nothing Phone (3a) series debuts with AI features, telephoto cameras
What's the story
Nothing has officially launched its mid-range smartphones, the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro.
The two devices share a lot in common, but the Pro version comes with more features like upgraded cameras and a unique design.
The standard variant also has a slightly different camera setup than its advanced sibling.
Both the models are powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset.

The Phone (3a) Pro is centered on a 6.77-inch OLED display shielded by 'Panda Glass.'
The screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and has a brightness of up to 1,300-nits outdoors.
The phone has a primary camera with a 50MP (f/1.8, OIS) sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP periscope camera with AI-enhanced image quality and 3x optical zoom capabilities.
Up front, there is a 50MP selfie snapper.

Phone (3a) Pro's battery and software features
The Phone (3a) Pro packs a 5,000mAh battery with up to 50W fast charging support. The company says you can charge up to 50% in 19 minutes.
It also features the iconic Nothing Glyph interface on its back, which lights up for incoming notifications and calls.
The device has IP64 protection and a programmable Essential Key under the power button for easy organization of content directly sent to Essential Space.
It runs NothingOS 3.1 based on Android 15.

Nothing Phone (3a) Pro: Price and availability
The global market receives just one memory variant—12GB/256GB—priced at £449/$459/€459.
In India, the company is offering 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB trims alongside the 12GB/256GB model. The three variants are priced at ₹29,999, ₹31,999, and ₹33,999, respectively.
The standard Phone (3a) is a slightly toned-down version of the Pro but still offers largely similar hardware specs.

The standard Phone (3a) keeps the 50MP main camera but swaps the 3x periscope telephoto unit with a 50MP 2x zoom camera.
It also gets the same 8MP ultrawide camera but a 32MP front-facing shooter.
The device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
In India, Phone (3a) costs ₹24,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and ₹26,999 for the 8GB/256GB model.
