Nokia G10 bags SIRIM certification in Malaysia: Details here
HMD Global is working to launch a new budget-range smartphone which could go official as Nokia G10. The handset has been certified by Malaysia's SIRIM platform (via MySmartPrice), confirming that it will be marketed as Nokia G10. An earlier leak had claimed that the device will come with a high refresh rate screen and a 48MP quad rear camera unit.
It is tipped to sport an HD+ display
The Nokia G10 is expected to feature a punch-hole cut-out design with slim bezels and a plastic body. On the rear, it will house a quad camera unit. The handset will bear a 6.4-inch HD+ (720x1560 pixels) IPS LCD screen with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a high refresh rate. It will reportedly be offered in a single Blue color variant.
There will be a 48MP main camera
The Nokia G10 will be equipped with a quad rear camera module, including a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth shooter. Up front, it will likely have a 16MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood, a 4,000mAh battery is expected
The Nokia G10 is said to draw power from an octa-core Snapdragon 662 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Under the hood, it will run on Android 11 and pack a 4,000mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the device should offer support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.

At present, there is no information regarding the pricing and availability of the Nokia G10. However, considering the entry-level specifications, it should cost under Rs. 15,000.
