"One month left before the announcement"
Nokia 9 PureView: At a glance
As per renders, the Nokia 9 PureView will sport a traditional notch-free display with slim top and bottom bezels. Further, the rear glass chassis will house the novel penta-lens camera setup. The renders also show a USB Type-C port while highlighting the lack of a physical fingerprint scanner and headphone jack. Hence, the phone may come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Previously, a Weibo post tipped off Nokia 9's camera specs
Earlier, a leak claimed that Nokia 9 PureView's camera setup will comprise two 12MP sensors with OIS, two 16MP sensors, and another 8MP sensor. The whole setup will come paired with LED flash and possibly, an IR sensor or laser autofocus. Moreover, as seen in the renders, the camera array has ZEISS branding also. Up front, the phone will sport a 12MP selfie snapper.
Nokia 9 PureView: Other key specifications
The Nokia 9 PureView is also rumored to come with a 6-inch display, 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone was initially reported to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. However, given the delay in launch due to some production issues, HMD Global could opt for the recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. Further, Nokia 9 PureView should run Android Pie out-of-the-box.
