HMD Global announces price cut on Nokia 2.2
In an attempt to push sales, HMD Global has reduced the prices of its pocket-friendly Nokia 2.2 smartphone in India. The handset has received a price cut of Rs. 600 and is now available at a starting price of Rs. 5,999. The budget phone offers a waterdrop notched design, HD+ display, and runs on stock Android Pie. With the latest price reduction, the entry-level 2GB/16GB variant of the Nokia 2.2 is available at Rs. 5,999 (previous price: Rs. 6,599) and the 3GB/32GB model is now retailing at Rs. 6,999 (previous price: Rs. 7,599). To recall, the smartphone had received a price cut of Rs. 1,100 just last month.

As far as its specifications are concerned, Nokia 2.2 features a waterdrop notched design with a prominent bezel at the bottom. On the rear, the polycarbonate panel with glossy finish houses a single camera camera with LED flash. It offers a 5.71-inch LCD display with an HD+ (720x1520 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, it is available in Black and Grey color options.
What's the camera like on Nokia 2.2?
On the imaging front, the Nokia 2.2 houses a 13MP (f/2.2) main camera and a 5MP selfie snapper. The main camera, accompanied by an LED flash, offers photography features like HDR, panorama, Night Time (for low-light photography), and supports 1080p video recording at 30fps.
